Cooked eggs on white plate - Heavenly Deviled Eggs Creation Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

Instructions:

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for about 9-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water. Let them cool for about 5 minutes to make peeling easier.
  4. Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then roll it between your hands to loosen it. Carefully peel off the shell.
  5. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving platter.
  6. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they become crumbly.
  7. Add the mayonnaise, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper, and sweet pickle relish to the bowl with the mashed egg yolks. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined, and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  8. Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollows of the egg whites, dividing it evenly among the halves.
  9. Garnish the deviled eggs with an additional sprinkle of paprika for color.
  10. Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Enjoy the delightful deviled eggs as an appetizer or side dish for various occasions and gatherings!
